Getting Your Credits Applied to Your Account

Credits included in your initial purchase and/or your recurring monthly membership are not applied to your account automatically. You must complete a request form to request your Credits.

Credit Voucher Request Forms are found inside the Voice Drops Members area.
You must log in here:

Then go to the "Vouchers" Tab in the navigation bar
and select the appropriate request form.

Accounts are manually verified for active membership and for duplicate requests, this means that credits may take up to 24 (business) hours to appear in your Voice Drops account.

Do not submit multiple forms. If you need to check the status of requested credits please open a ticket at the support desk.
