How to access your open tickets and ticket history

From any page inside the Get Support Help Desk:

Registered Users: 

1) Click the sign in link in the top right corner of the page

2) Log in with your User Name and  Password

3) Click the red "My Activities" link in the top right corner of any page in the help desk

 

Non-Registered Users:

Register for your account here. Please use the email address registered with your membership or product purchase so we can identify you and your purchase history.

After you register for your account any email correspondence you've had with support will appear in your ticket history.

Click the red "My Activities" link in the top right corner of any page in the help desk to access your ticket history
