How To Create A Support Ticket

On any page in the Get Support Help Desk click the red "Submit a Request" link at the top right of the page:



If you have not done so already you will need to register an account here at the support desk. Support Desk Accounts are not tied to your software purchase or subscription account id/pw. 


Non-Registered Users:

Register for your account here. Please use the email address registered with your membership or product purchase so we can identify you and your purchase history.

After you register for your account any email correspondence you've had with support will appear in your ticket history.

Click the red "Submit a Request" link to open a ticket or the red "My Activities" link in the top right corner of any page in the help desk to access your ticket history
