We are closed on all Bank Holidays.
Your ticket will be responded to within 24 business hours.
Tickets are responded to on a first come, first serve basis.
Please do not create multiple tickets, tickets from the same user are merged and are placed in line according to the newest ticket. This means that creating multiple tickets delays your response, as each new ticket moves you to the back of the line.
If you need to follow up, check the status, or add more information to your ticket please log in (or create an account) using the SAME EMAIL USED TO CREATE THE TICKET. Updating tickets from within the support desk does not alter or effect receipt time and is highly ENCOURAGED. The more information we have the better we can help you.
Please be sure to specifically tell us the PRODUCT, GROUP, or MEMBERSHIP you need help with. This support desk handles all the AMA family product support, we will be able to help you much more quickly if we have this information in your original ticket request.
